Raquel is a certified pediatric sleep consultant dedicated to helping families establish healthy sleep routines for children aged 0-5. As a mom of four children, she knows first hand how difficult bed time can be. With extensive experience, she provides personalized guidance to overcome sleep challenges and promote restful nights. A rested baby is a happy baby and a happy baby is a happy home!
Whether you’re interested in one-on-one support to improve your child’s sleep, or you’re in the thick of bedtime battles and nap resistance, Raquel will help you to reach your goals so your entire family gets the rest they need.
You will have the opportunity to be in regular contact with Raquel throughout your time together– to troubleshoot issues as they arise, to stay on track as you implement your chosen sleep training method, and to modify as needed. Raquel will provide guidance and support during your two weeks to help you and your child make consistent sleep progress.
